Why can't I be my own Nutritionist???

Okay!!! So I've had a pretty enlightening experience today... while out promoting MobileMama and ran into a very nice woman who has done well for herself.. in eating healthy!!  She was really VERY informative... and would have loved to sit there and chat all day!!  Carol has actually been cooking healthy for years... and also offers a Personal Chef program if you have a very busy schedule that she prepares your healthy meals for you so you can pick them up each evening for the next day.. This is so AWESOME... 

But "I" am hungry (haha!! figures) for the in depth knowledge myself.. I really have a "craving" (everything has to do with food!!) and want to study and know about nutrition inside and out.. Soooo 
I have had this book FOREVER!!!  and decided I'm going to start to devour it ... and digest .. everything possible about food and nutrition... !!


Now I'm hungry...

OKay... I get it!!

Okay, I get it!!!  I cant get away from it!!... No matter where I go .. no matter what I watch or whatever channel I'm on YOU'RE THERE!!! I cant get rid of you!!! I've tried to sell, hide, forget, cover up, and shove under my bed, YOU'RE STILL THERE......STARING ME IN THE FACE!!! I've tried so many other diets, plans, pills, formulas and gimmicks ... I'm TOTALLY frustrated, exhausted, and completed depleted in every way... I can no longer walk over you or by you...its no use.. I GIVE UP CHUCK & CINDY!!! YOU WIN!!

I did my workout today TOTAL GYM.... and am on the road to transformation...
