I know its been awhile.. since I posted last.. about "consistency" .. I know I still need to work on this... and this New Year.. 2014 is all of our new CLEAN SLATE.. !!! I am happy to report .. I am still a BeachBody Coach and still learning everyday... good and bads ... about myself ... fitness and the business..
