Started a new Challenge today... 21 Day Fix... Its really an exciting new program ... different 30 min workout everyday.. great motivation from the creator Autumn Calabrese... and boy .. if I could look like her.. someday here with consistency.. I'm ready to do the work..
I've spent alot of time rationalizing .. and not being really dedicated to my fitness goals.. and I'm ready to make this work.. I know with this eating plan, portion control..
and great support from my BeachBody friends.. I am totally on my way.. Strange as it may seem .. although I am breaking myself of some "bad" snacks.. I didnt finish all the foods.. and I do have to make sure I'm well hydrated.. as I didnt completely finish all my water either.. I did have two
Shakeology shakes tho.. I'm totally in love with the Greenberry flavor.. and havent even tapped into the tons of recipes that we all share.. online.. and throughout our BeachBody family.. The workout today.. was pretty intense.. to say the least.. Cardio Fix.. I was so glad to have my new best friend "Kat"there for certain modifications.. although I know it wont be long.. before I'll be totally keeping up with Autumn,
no problem... but I could have sworn .. I heard an ambulance.. right around the corner.. Lol!! Just wanted to express my thankfulness and gratitude for finding BeachBody.. and my awesome coach Kristi.. and of course all my new great friends I've found through finding this great company. You can really make this .. your own business.. and work it as much or as little.. as you like.. I decided to give BeachBody my all as I really needed to get back into shape.. and really love and care about others.. I truly enjoy helping them with their fitness, nutrition.. and overall health. I've learned so much about myself.. goals and know in my heart that this is the place I need to be.. with BeachBody there are no limitations.. only growth and endless potential..
So if you ever thought about making a difference in truly a special way like I have.. I'm right here..
