Don't give up... Never give up... 

I've been struggling for the last few months.. and woke up this morning.. and read this... which verified ... what the company that I stand for really means to me .... "NEVER GIVE UP" ... is this year's theme for BeachBody...   there is a reason... why I still keep coming BACK to BeachBody...  and I want to live their great motto ... "Never Give Up"..  

Summer vacation in North Carolina was waaay too short .. although the time was actually longer than I've spent in North Carolina .. in past years.. Its hard to believe that this time next year will be even more different than anything I've ever experienced.. lots of growing changes... for me and all of our family... 

Talk about lots of work ahead.. for me.. 

My BeachBody business... not just another hobby .... It IS MY BUSINESS 

.. that channels my desire as a Coach to encourage and truly support fitness, health and wellness ... helping others feel great and achieving their health and fitness goals as well.. but more importantly .. challenging them to change their lives as well and possibly encouraging them to create a business for themselves.. if that is what they desire... But thats just it.. BeachBody.... is a great health, wellness and fitness lifestyle.. but can open up new doors to a wonderful future in a business as well. 

In the past.. 

I've always LET others stop.. discourage .. and change my mind for any stupid reasons ... I always tended to be the person to please others.. and do what OTHERS thought I should do....But more importantly, what I've learned about myself.. that its OK to go after WHAT I WANT... and if I put my mind to it ... I truly can accomplish ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING...  

Being a "People Person" .. used to be a common saying.. years ago.. with those who were just beginning their careers.. but this is an absolutely true statement for me.. I really do enjoy helping others ..  this is totally why I became a "Coach!!!"

I absolutely despise when people tend to put a limit on success just because of age...  "You're too old... Act your age..."  and the like .. I completely understand where people may have "used" to think this ... in years past.. but now in today's world .. "The sky is literally the limit!!!"  However, it takes great drive, determination and desire for anyone to achieve a goal.. but I think "Believing in yourself" .. is sooo very important..  I had a super difficult time with this very thing growing up.. but after having found a great love and encourager, my Husband of 30 years,  surely finally set me on my way.. Don't get me wrong, this new positive mindset didn't come about overnight....   . I'm still in the beginnings of a great transformation . I believe everyone is ..  .. Lets face it, we ALL are transforming... and evolving.. everyday... making new goals, plans, discoveries ...victories and failures.  Believing in yourself... is so very KEY... to anyone's success.. and a super important piece to the puzzle.  

We all get into ruts... and disbelief... and doubt..  falling into old negative habits and self talk.. is soo easy .. if WE DONT STAY STRONG... This is why I chose to be a BeachBody Coach.. My BeachBody family keeps me encouraged... and shows me support.. so when this Coaching opportunity ... came up during a very down time in my life... I knew this is what I wanted to do.. Now... I have to take some of my OWN medicine... lol I've become slack and slid into old negative self talk.. and not believing that I could do this

So I've decided to recommit myself literally.   

.. to take care of myself and like God requests us to do .. treat our body like a temple... Along with my own progress.. I am focusing .. on my business and start treating it as such.  You know what they say.. if you treat your business as a hobby thats what it will be..  

I know with my strong faith in God... that I can do this.. 

The sky is the limit you know!!!
