I cant believe all this!!!!







A dozen eggs - 1/2 cup broccoli - 5 peaches - 2 chicken breasts - 1 1/2 cups frozen yogurt - 1 1/2 cups bran flakes - 18 oz of tomato juice - 5 oz cheddar cheese - 3 cups of cooked lima beans - 15 slices of whole wheat bread - 20 spears of asparagus - 2 cups of mushrooms - 30 whole apples - 10 stalks of celery - 3 tomatoes - 3 pineapples and dont forget 30 prunes!!! 


Thats alot of food!!!  But I'm excited to say that I really pretty much ate this TWICE today!! and I might even have room for a little snack !!! LOL!!!




I have been drinking my shakes or should I say healthy drinks.. since this past Sunday ... and am already down 4lbs...!!!  I dont just have the shakes.. you can eat a healthy dinner and work on a couple of approved snacks.. but know I am on my way.. 

Now I need to get back to studying.. mid term is coming up..
