I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.. not to mention carrying this extra spare tire.. I think its more like an SUV now... around my waste!!! I am so tired of feeling like (&*& and looking worse!!!
I have struggled and struggled... and I'm JUST SICK OF IT!!! I have tried EVERYTHING short of amputation of a limb just to lose 20lbs.!!! A little shows.. but no great shakes !!! I am now on a personal MISSION..!! 
A 90 Day Challenge..!!! I am bound and determined.. to accomplish this goal!! I am doing this for ME!!! Along with this challenge I am on my way to be certified as a Master Personal Trainer.. and complete my whole vision with my MaryKay and the great awesome wellness benefits of essentials oils of doTerra to help others to feel great INSIDE AND OUT!!!
Its always been a vision of mine to REALLY help others and now with my own success story well on its way..
